In September 2008, there will be an exciting new option for year 9 and year 11 students. Rainford, in collaboration with St Aelred's Catholic Technology College and St Helens College, will be launching the new Specilist Diploma in Engineering. Two levels of diploma will be available; the Higher for 14 to 16 year olds and the Advanced for post 16s. Both levels will be taught over 2 days across all three institutions.
