The Music Department offers lunch time and after school sessions to help with composition, scoring, rehearsal, performance and recording for all GCSE and Advanced level students. This is often the only quiet time to capture music on disc to send to the Board.
These sessions are by self invitation and you are asked to see Mr. Reeve or Mr. Ascroft to book a mutually convenient time.
Possible websites that may help with terms, signs, general theory, vocabulary and music history are offered below, but you may find that listening to music is far better…especially Classic fm and Radio 3 occasionally to stretch your ears.
