After last year’s success in establishing a link with Collège Champollion in Dijon, we were delighted once again to host a group of 17 French students and their teachers, Mlle Frottier and Monsieur Quignard. The students spent the week with their partners from Rainford, coming in to school with them each day and attending lessons, or going out on trips. On Thursday, the whole group went together to visit Anfield, where they had a tour of the stadium and an enjoyable session in the club’s Reduc@te suite.

We were all very sorry to wave good-bye early on Tuesday morning, but we are already starting to look forward to our return visit to see them all again in Dijon in June.
